The Switchboard Operator suite is a carrier-grade, real-time command console engineered specifically for front-desk receptionists, dispatchers, call center supervisors, and telephone triage operators. Built with modern web technologies, WebSockets, and direct Telephony Event Socket Layer (ESL) telemetry, it enables high-volume call handling with sub-second visual responsiveness.

Operators can monitor extension BLF (Busy Lamp Field) presence, manage queues, execute attended or blind drag-and-drop transfers, park calls into shared lots, and place calls via an integrated WebRTC softphone.
